- Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm bookings for fixed departure tours.
- Flexible Schedule: Departure and return dates are set and can be changed.
Tour Guidelines
- Group Cohesiveness: Participants must maintain harmony; disruptive behavior may result in expulsion without refund.
- Punctuality: Timeliness is essential to keep the group on schedule.
- Accommodation & Meals: Limited for changes in accommodation or meal plans.
- Prohibited Substances: Consumption or possession of tobacco, alcohol, and drugs is strictly forbidden; violations will lead to immediate termination of the tour without refund.
Liability & Responsibilities
- Liability: We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses. Personal travel insurance is recommended.
- Instructions: Participants must follow instructions from Instructors/Leaders.
- Seating Arrangements: Bus seating will rotate; group sitting requests will not be accommodated.
- Accommodation: Based on sharing; changes may occur as necessary. Participants must keep shared areas clean and request permission before leaving camp or hotel.
- Personal Items: Participants are responsible for their valuables; we are not liable for any lost items.

- Cancellation between 35 days and 25 days to start of the journey - 55%
- Cancellation between 25 days and 15 days to start of the journey - 75%
- Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the journey - No Refund
