Timing Details
Day 1 : Saturday 3:00AM: Meet at Surat Railway Station and begin the journey towards Mumbai. 11:00am: Arrive at the base village and receive a short briefing about the trek. 11:30am: Commence the trek. 01:30pm: Reach Machi, where we’ll have lunch. 02:30pm: Start the trek towards Prabalgad. 04:30pm: Reach the top of Prabalgad. 05:30pm: Descend towards Machi and take some rest. 07:00pm: Pitch tents for the night. 08:00pm: Enjoy a hearty dinner. 09:00pm: Gather around the campfire for entertainment!
Day 2 : Sunday 06:00am: Wake up to the fresh morning. 06:30am: Have breakfast. 07:00am: Begin the trek towards Kalavantin Durg. 08:00am: Reach the top of Kalavantin Durg. 09:00am: Start descending towards Machi. 10:30am: Arrive at Machi, freshen up. 11:30am: Relish a delicious lunch. 12:30pm: Begin the descent towards the base village. 02:30pm: Reach the base village. 02:30pm: Reach the base village.

Payment Policy :
- For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your destination, definitely before the commencement of the services.
- Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment(Half Payment), based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
THE CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR CAMP :
- Minimum Cancellation - 45%.
- Cancellation between 35 days and 25 days to start of the journey - 55%.
- Cancellation between 25 days and 15 days to start of the journey - 75%.
- Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the journey - No Refund.
