Timing Details
Day 1 : Saturday 6:00AM - meeting point at Surat. 4:00PM - reach at base village. 05:00PM:- gear up, pack your bags, and get your shoes lace-up! Its gonna be a long and dark climb to the top. 07:30PM- reach at top of harishchandra gad and relax. 09:00PM - prepare for a night under the sky have dinner, play a few games, share stories, make new friends. 11:30PM - off to the bed for sound sleep
Day 2 : Sunday 05:00AM:- wake up early and refreshed yourself. 05:15AM - Its time to visit the great escarpment of India Harishchandreshvar temple. 06:30AM - start trek towards kokankada. 08:00AM - Reach at kokankada and have a hot cup of tea and breakfast with wizardry view. 09:00 AM - start descend. 12:30PM- reach down base village & grab quick lunch. 01:00PM - start return journey towards surat.

Rules And Regulations :
- No smoking and drinking.
- No plastic littering.
- No jeans/skin-tight cloths.
- Proper footwear/shoes are essential for trek.
- Conserve and preserve our heritage.
- No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behaviour during trek.
- Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding.
- Each member will be respons for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage.
Payment Policy :
- For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your destination, definitely before the commencement of the services.
- Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment(Half Payment), based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
THE CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR CAMP :
- Minimum Cancellation - 45%.
- Cancellation between 35 days and 25 days to start of the journey - 55%.
- Cancellation between 25 days and 15 days to start of the journey - 75%.
- Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the journey - No Refund.
